It's the most wonderful time of the year......

That's right folks! Glax and crew are back for another year of Naughty VS Nice!

If you are new or need a refresher, during this most festive week of the year we are on the lookout for shiny Pokémon, with a twist! 

That twist you might be asking??? 

We are only looking for two specific natures:

Naughty and Jolly

This chilly seasoned battle of the natures will have you wanting to Catch 'em All to check those natures and ensure your team wins!

General Event Rules

1. There are two teams: Team Naughty vs Team Nice

2. All participants MUST shiny hunt in Scarlet/Violet, Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee, Pokémon Legends Z-A, or DA's ONLY in Sword/Shield. 

3. As mentioned in the description, the goal is to find and catch as many Naughty and Jolly natured Pokémon for your team as possible! You can submit either a Naughty or Jolly nature no matter the team you are on. 

4. The event time is listed on this page as well, but will be from 12/21/25 at 00:00 ET to 12/28/25 at 23:59 ET. (Be sure to check the #event-rules channel in Discord for converted times for your time zone!)

5. Viewers can submit to either team since they are not assigned a team at the start of the event.

6. NO MODS OR PATCHES ALLOWED!

7. NO BREEDING, NO TERA RAIDS, NO GUARANTEED SHINIES, OR THE USE OF TRACE/SYNCHRONIZE ALLOWED!

9. Ways to increase shiny odds are allowed - charm, sandwiches, dishes, outbreaks, etc.

10. MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! Have fun! This is a community event!

Submission Rules

1. MAKE SURE YOUR SWITCH IS SET TO SYNCHRONIZE VIA INTERNET

     No posting past or future dated shinies. We are aware of time zones.

2. Each submission must have either a link to a clip of the CAPTURE and NATURE check or 2 photos (one if posting from LGPE). The 2 photos needed for a submission to be correct are:

     The summary screen

     The date caught screen

 If the Pokémon has a mark please have the mark selected in the photo, as marks may count for bonus points, but not all the time. The Discord will be the place to check for any active challenge for marks.

3. If the above criteria are NOT meet a mod will deny the submission explaining what is missing. Please correct the mistake and resubmit your catch.
